Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Cover Teacher to work in a local Primary School in Nuneaton. The school aims to provide Children with a with rich, creative and inclusive experience.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Teacher to provide support across the school from Reception-Year 6. The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and have excellent behaviour management skills.
This Primary Teacher role will include full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparing lessons and marking work. You will have high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment. You will also have to be a flexible individual who will be teaching KS1 one day and KS2 the next.
This Cover Teacher Role is due to start in September and continue until mid-December. This role is 3 days a week, and the school are flexible as to which days, for the ideal candidate.
To apply for this Cover Teacher role, you will need:
- Experience in teaching KS1 and KS2.
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
- Build effective relationship with pupils, staff and parents
- To work alongside support staff to ensure that all the needs of the pupils are met.
- To be flexible, teaching across the Primary age range.
