Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Career Teacher to work in a Primary School in South Birmingham on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to support your ECT induction.
This role offers consistency and the chance to fully embed yourself within a school, gain valuable experience and receive the support needed to successfully complete your induction.
The Role
As this is a long-term teaching role, you will take on full class responsibilities, including:
· Planning, preparation and marking
· Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
· Assessing and tracking pupil progress
· Managing behaviour effectively
· Working closely with Teaching Assistants and school staff
· Attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider school community
To apply for this ECT role, you will need:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Recent experience in a Primary School setting (placements accepted)
· A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
· Good behaviour management skills
· A commitment to your professional development and completing your ECT induction
