Flourish Education is recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for secondary schools in Bromsgrove and across Worcestershire, starting immediately after your training ends and continuing through the summer term and beyond. This role offers flexible teaching opportunities, including long-term placements, daily supply, and part-time options, providing an excellent way to gain experience, build confidence, and start earning immediately.

Positions are available across a variety of subjects and Key Stages, giving you the flexibility to find a role that aligns with your training and career goals.
Job Role
• Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Work under the guidance of experienced mentors to develop teaching practice
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners
• Maintain excellent behaviour management within classroom environments
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to departmental and whole school initiatives where appropriate
• Gain experience in both long-term placements and day-to-day supply teaching
Required Skills and Experience
• Qualified as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with QTS or completing QTS this academic year
• A strong subject knowledge in your chosen teaching area
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for teaching and learning
• Ability to motivate and engage students across all ages and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to developing teaching practice and contributing to school initiatives
