Flourish Education are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our successful and expanding agency to work in a two-form entry Primary School in the Brownhills area.

Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education at our clients school you will be expected but not limited to deliver engaging lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies, work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met, provide feedback to pupils in line with the school’s policy, communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.

The successful applicant will start in September 2024 in the Early Years (EYFS) department or within KS1, on a full-time and permanent basis where your ECT years will be supported.

To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT) role you will need the following:

  • Currently completing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification
  • Confidence in teaching primary lessons to all abilities
  • A passion for education and a desire to create better outcomes for all of your students
  • Be adaptable and reliable, reacting with confidence to new challenges
  • A minimum of 2 references are required

Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:

  • A daily rate of £153.85 per annum based on working 5 days a week for the full school year, with this role paying to scale (M1) which equates to £30,000 for the full academic year
