As an ECT you will be expected to but not limited to delivering exciting lessons, work alongside support staff to ensure the needs of all pupils are met, attend meetings and training events, communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.

To apply for this ECT (formally known as NQT) role you will need the following:
- Currently completing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification.
- Confidence in teaching primary lessons to all abilities.
- A passion for education and a desire to create better outcomes for all of your students
- Be adaptable and reliable, reacting with confidence to new challenges.
- A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
- A minimum of 2 excellent references required.
Working as an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
