This Early Career Teacher role will include:
- Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Teach across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks related to teaching.
Required Skills and Experience for this Early Career Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience as an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
- Ability to teach across KS1, KS2, and EYFS.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a work-life balance.
