Have you recently graduated as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) and are you looking to secure a teaching role for September?

Flourish Education are currently recruiting for an ECT for a full-time year 3 Class Teacher position in Wolverhampton, starting in the new term until Easter 2026. This role is located in a 2-form entry Primary School, who are passionate about creating a strong community and building a safe space for children to learn and grow.

To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT, formally known as NQT) role you will need the following:
 
  • Currently completing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Qualification.
  • Able to plan and/or deliver primary lessons to all abilities.
  • Experience working in Key Stage 2
  • A passion for education and a desire to create better outcomes for all your pupils.
  • Be adaptable and reliable, reacting with confidence to new challenges.
  • A DBS on the Update Service or issued in the last 12 months.
  • A minimum of 2 references are required.

  • A competitive salary of £163 to £175 per day which equates to £31,785 - £34,125 per annum based on working 5 days a week for the full school year and depending on experience.
