Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner seeking your next opportunity? Flourish Education is working with a welcoming and supportive nursery school in the Halesowen area, offering a fantastic long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This full-time role (Monday to Friday) is available to start in November and provides the chance to work in a vibrant, child-centred environment that promotes outdoor play and hands-on learning. The school is led by an experienced Early Years team and is known for its warm, inclusive atmosphere. Staff frequently praise the supportive environment and positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities for an Early Years Practitioner:
  • Provide nurturing support and care for early years pupils
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
  •  
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to meet each child’s needs
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support children’s development
Essential Requirements for this Early Years Practitioner role:
  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years Qualification
  • Proven experience supporting children in UK primary or nursery settings
  • A strong understanding of child development and EYFS framework
