Job Description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Cinderford. This full-time role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons with no planning responsibilities required. The school is Ofsted rated “Good” and is known for its positive ethos, excellent behaviour, and strong leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking for a consistent role without the added workload of planning. PAYE only – holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% of your day rate.
This is a full time position stating in the autumn term.
Job Role:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching to an Early Years Foundation Stage class
  • Follow pre-set lesson plans and classroom routines
  • Support children’s development in line with EYFS framework
  • Collaborate with existing staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons
  • Uphold school policies and maintain excellent classroom behaviour
  • No planning, marking, or data responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher, EYFS Teacher, or Class Teacher
  • Confident delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Excellent behaviour management
  • Recent teaching experience in a UK Primary School
  • Strong communication and adaptability in a classroom environment
Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education offers:
  • £120 to £130 per day / £23,400 to £25,350 annually (based on 5 days per week)
  • Holiday pay accrued at 12.07% of your day rate

Location:
This EYFS Teacher role is based in Cinderford and is easily commutable from Lydbrook, Lydney, Coleford, Ross on Wye, and Westbury on Severn. The Primary School offers convenient parking and has good transport links for those travelling from surrounding areas.
