Early Years Teacher

Flourish Education are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher to work in a Catholic Primary School in Dudley. The school believes in being kind to one another, and working, learning and growing together as a community.

Our client is seeking an Early Years Teacher to work in their Nursery class, this would be a full class planning role, responsibilities would include planning, preparing resources and marking, you would also conduct observations and assessments, reporting the results.

This is a full-time, long-term position, starting as soon as possible, and is ongoing, covering a maternity leave.

For this Early Years Teacher role, you will:

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS- Qualified Teaching Status) (Early Years Teaching qualification or Primary Teaching 3-11)
  • Experience working in Early Years (EYFS) in schools in the UK.
  • ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply.
  • Effective behaviour management
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer
