Early Years Teacher

Job Description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting an Early Years Teacher to work on a day-to-day supply basis in and around Malvern.

This role is ideal for a flexible and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working in a variety of school settings.


Required skills and experience for this Early Years Teacher role:
  • Reception Teacher, Early Years Teacher, EYFS Teacher, Primary Teacher
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Proven experience in an EYFS or Reception setting
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum, Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
Job Role:
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Tracking and assessing pupil progress against early learning goals
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:
  • Pay rate between £120.00 - £130.00 which equates to £23,400 - £25,350 per year.
  • Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate

  • KCSIE complaint Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse

  • Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work your own dedicated consultant.

The school has good transport links from Ledbury, Worcester and Pershore. Travelling by car the school has on-site parking.
