Your Role as an ECT

You will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with school teaching strategies
  • Work collaboratively with support staff to meet pupils’ needs
  • Provide feedback in line with school policies
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
  • Set clear expectations for behaviour and learning

Requirements

  • Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Commitment and professionalism
  • A recent, strong school reference
