The responsibilities of this Early Years Teacher Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and National Curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children aged Birth to Five.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to education.
- Participate in Forest School activities to enhance outdoor learning experiences.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
- Adapt to different primary school settings as a Supply Teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the National Curriculum.
- Experience working in a primary school setting, particularly with early years.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability as a Supply Teacher, able to work in various primary school environments.
