Flourish Education Recruitment are growing — and we’re looking for a driven, passionate Education Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, slightly bonkers, and fiercely supportive team.

Huge earning potential - a base salary starting at c£26,500 - £32,000 DOE + OTE means (£60,000–£80,000+ OTE is absolutely achievable within your first few years), uncapped commission from day one, and the backing of a team that genuinely celebrates your wins. This is a semi-warm desk with existing relationships and candidate pools ready for you to build on. You’ll have a strong foundation to start from, but still plenty of room to grow your schools, shape your market, and make the role your own.
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop lasting partnerships with schools, source high-quality teachers and support staff, and manage the full recruitment cycle — balancing business development with nurturing existing clients.

Location & Hours
Based in Northfield, Birmingham — easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Redditch, Selly Oak, or Longbridge.

• School holidays: 8:00–3:00
