Flourish Education is recruiting an English Teacher for a long-term role in Bromsgrove, starting after Easter and continuing to the end of the academic year. This English Teacher position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, while working in a supportive and well-resourced school environment.

Job Role
• Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Teach a variety of literature, language, and writing skills
• Follow the National Curriculum and adapt lessons to meet different learning needs
• Maintain excellent behaviour management within classroom environments
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff within the Secondary School
• Work confidently as a Supply Teacher with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours
Required Skills and Experience
• English Teacher, Secondary Teacher, English ECT, Supply Teacher
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Excellent subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
