Job Role:
As an English Teacher in a thriving Secondary School, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching English to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students in line with the National Curriculum.
- Inspiring and engaging students to achieve their best through excellent subject knowledge.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning environment.
- Planning and delivering creative lessons tailored to student needs.
- Supporting student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in Secondary Schools.
- Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work-life balance.
