Flourish Education are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Primary School based in Saltley, Birmingham who are looking for a full time EYFS lead. The role will commence in September 2021 and is expected to last until the end of the academic year.
We are looking for an Early Year Leads who has knowledge and experience of working in reception / nursery to start ASAP . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early years’ experience and who has the drive, inspiration and talent to support the schools youngest learners. You will work closely with the rest of the early years team along with being a part of a stronger whole team. The school are seeking an individual who shares the school vision and commitment to ensuring the very best outcomes for the children.
The school are keen to attract a EYFS lead who has the passion, drive and commitment to lead and direct the EYFS team.
To apply to this role you will need the following
· 5+ Years of experience in EYFS and up to date curriculum knowledge .
· Have outstanding knowledge of phonics
· Be enthusiastic about working with children
Responsibilities
· Plan effective lessons
· Plan for the curriculum effectively
· To work in partnership with Teaching Assistants and EYFS class teachers
· leading, managing, and mentoring colleagues
