Our client, a large Primary school in the Oldbury area, is looking for a Reception teacher to start as soon as possible in January. This is a full time class teacher role that is expected to last until July as is to cover maternity.
The school is a larger than average Primary which caters for a large number of children from the local area. The majority of children are eligible for pupil premium funding; there is also a high proportion of children with SEN.
The ideal candidate will have experience in EYFS and an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. You must have good behaviour management; experience of working with children with SEN would also be an advantage as the proportion of SEN children in the school is higher than the national average.
You must have QTS or EYTS in order to apply for this post. NQT’s and experienced teachers are welcome to apply. All candidates are subject to relevant security checks including References, List 99 and enhanced DBS.
