At the current time, demand for qualified teaching staff in schools is extremely high and Flourish are looking to recruit new talent for the September term. The ideal ECT/NQT teacher would be someone who has previous experience working in the Key Stage One Primary age range. To be considered, you will need to have a record of ‘Good’ or better classroom practice through placements. Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum and a working knowledge of schemes, such as White Rose Maths, would be advantageous. A passion for education and the ability to teach in an exciting and engaging way are a must.
