Flourish Education are recruiting for a Geography Teacher to join a growing, thriving Secondary School in Solihull. Our partnership school is seeking a Geography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. This is a full-time role, and the position is due to start in September till Christmas.
You will design and prepare daily lessons spanning physical processes (e.g., climate, tectonic activity) and human geography (e.g., urban development, globalisation) for KS3 and KS4 students.
Required Skills and Experience as a Geography Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching Geography within a Secondary School
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons on physical and human environments, assessing student progress, and organising fieldwork
  • Proven ability with good behaviour management
  • Good commitment to providing a positive classroom culture
