Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is dedicated and experienced, to join an OFSTED rated good school in Wednesbury. This full-time and long-term role offers a competitive day rate of £100 - £120 per day and is due to start in October 2024. This role is ideal for a committed individual with a passion for supporting pupils from Reception to Year 6.

The successful HLTA will primarily work across the school covering classes PPA Cover but will be based within a year 2 class. This role involves a wonderful chance to gain experience across various age ranges and Key stages within the primary setting. This position is an excellent fit for someone seeking to contribute significantly to a school community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, as there are no planning requirements.

  • Experience in a UK Primary School setting
  • Minimum Level 1 Qualification 
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
