Flourish Education are recruiting for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is passionate and proactive to join their team in the new year, supporting classes across school.
 
This is a long-term role until the end of the academic year, working 8:30 - 3:30 during the week at an inclusive and welcoming 3-form entry Primary School based in Dudley.
 
As a HLTA, you will primarily working across the school covering classes for PPA time, delivering pre-planning work and marking at the end of the day. This role also may include carrying out intervention groups and working alongside other classroom support staff.
 
This position is an excellent fit for someone seeking to contribute significantly to a school community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, as there are no planning requirements.
 
 
To apply for this HLTA role, you will need:
  • Experience working in a UK Primary School setting.
  • Minimum HLTA or Teaching (QTS) qualification.
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A minimum of 2 references from the last 24 months from an educational background
