You will be responsible for running intervention groups, supporting children in low ability groups, as well as teaching whole class groups when there are Teacher absences within the school.

Flourish Education is seeking to recruit a HLTA for a 1 form entry popular primary school in Walsall, for a long term role working 4 days a week.
The school is dedicated to encouraging pupil learning and raising standards across the school in all areas.
The successful individual will be working with children of mixed abilities. It is essential that you have good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and that you have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils.
HLTA's must have:
Be able to provide two different teaching references covering the last 2 years or your last two placements and University reference if you are a new graduate.
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK
Good organisational skills with high expectations of achievement and behaviour
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
Good classroom management skills
