Are you a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a new adventure after the Easter holidays?

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Upper Penn. This full-time, long-term position is available to start immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will provide PPA cover across the school and be primarily based in a Year 2 class. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of key stages without the responsibility of planning, making it ideal for someone seeking a strong work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons and learning support across different year groups
  • Provide consistent support within a Year 2 class when not delivering PPA cover
  • Promote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environment

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a UK Primary School setting
  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Recent, positive references from schools or placements
