As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range.
- Supporting class teachers in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Communicating with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress.
- Assisting in covering classes when class teachers are unavailable.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in a Primary School.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents.
- A minimum of 2 excellent references from most recent employers.
Working as a Behaviour Intervention Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
- £140 - £185 per day, equivalent to £27,300 - £36,075 per annum (based on 5 days a week for a full school year).
