Job Role:
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupil progress
  • Assessing and monitoring student development
  • Maintaining excellent behaviour management within the classroom
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher, Key Stage 1 Teacher, or Class Teacher
  • Good knowledge of the National Curriculum across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
  • Previous experience working within a Primary School setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
Working as a Key Stage 1 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £120.00 to £130.00 per day which equates to £23,400 to £25,350 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
