We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive Primary School in Gloucester. Job Role:
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Manage pupil behaviour effectively, maintaining high expectations
  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupils’ development
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to school life
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching in a Primary School, ideally in Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Confidence in delivering the National Curriculum across KS1 and some KS2
  • Previous experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher
  • Strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Location:
This Primary Teacher role is based in Gloucester, easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Tewkesbury, Cinderford, and Lydney. The Primary School offers onsite parking and benefits from excellent transport links from across Gloucestershire.
