Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work on a full-time basis to teach a Year 2 class starting as soon as possible. This role is initially a temporary role, potentially becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The school is situated in Kidderminster, outside the town centre in a residential area with close ties to the local community.

The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will be working in a Year 2 class on a full-time basis and is expected to take full planning, marking and assessment responsibilities. The school are looking for a strong practitioner with high expectations of behaviour.

This Key Stage 1 Teacher role is due to ASAP or after February half term on a full-time basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this Key Stage 1 Teacher role:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) ECT’s are not considered
Experience teaching KS1.
Experience and confidence in delivering lessons to a Year 2 class.
Planning, marking and assessment expectations
Commitment to the role.
Managing behaviour where necessary.
Create a positive learning environment.

Working for Flourish Education as a Key Stage 1 Teacher you will receive:
Competitive salary up to £170.00 a day which equates to up to £33,150 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella
Holiday Pay- for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate
