Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive Primary School? Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Rednal. This is a fantastic role for a qualified Primary Teacher who is eager to make a difference in a well-established Primary School.

The responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teaching role, include:

  • Full class responsibilities, including planning and marking
  • Cover teaching across Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons to maintain continuity of learning
  • Ensuring excellent behaviour management in line with school policies
  • Supporting pupils' learning and development in line with the National Curriculum
  • Collaborating with fellow staff to enhance the learning experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher within a Primary School setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different classrooms and deliver engaging lessons

Working as a Key Stage 1 Teacher for Flourish Education offers you:

  • £130 - £170 per day, equating to £25,350 - £33,150 per annum (based on working five days a week for a full school year)
  • The option of PAYE or Umbrella
