Responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teacher Role, include:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 (KS1) .
- Cover classes across Year 1 and Year 2 on a short-term or day-to-day basis.
- Maintain a positive learning environment within a Primary School setting.
- Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles as a Supply Teacher.
- Ensure effective classroom management while delivering planned lessons.
- Work with school leadership teams to provide the best learning experience for pupils.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably as a Class Teacher.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and lesson planning.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage pupils.
- A passion for education and helping children succeed.
