The responsibilities of a Key Stage 1 Teacher, include:
- Delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils
- Planning and assessing in line with the National Curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour in a positive and effective way
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the delivery of high-quality education
- Providing constructive feedback to students and parents as required
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
- Experience working within Key Stage 1 (KS1) in a Primary School
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Ability to work as a Supply Teacher in a range of Primary School environments
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching young children
- Experience teaching Year 3-6 in a Primary School environment is an advantage
