Flourish Education offers opportunities to work as a Supply Teacher, providing work in various Primary Schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you can enjoy day-to-day supply work that fits around your other commitments, ensuring a perfect work-life balance.

As a Key Stage Two Teacher, you will be required to:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons as a Class Teacher following the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different Primary School settings
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • Mark and assess pupils work, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with school pupils to support student development
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills

Required Skills and Experience for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience as a Supply Teacher in Primary Schools
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
