Flourish Education is looking for a passionate and inspiring Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Tewkesbury.
This full-time role starting October comes with full classroom responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking, but you’ll be joining a supportive team who share ideas, resources, and a commitment to helping every child succeed.

Job Role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
  • Create a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
  • Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience as a Primary Teacher, Class Teacher, or KS2 Teacher
  • Strong knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2) and National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience working in a Primary School
  • SATs experience
Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education offers:
  • £120 to £130 per day / £23,400 to £25,350 annually (based on 5 days per week)

Location:
This Primary Teacher role is based in Tewkesbury and is easily commutable from Cheltenham, Bishop's Cleeve, Worcester, Ledbury, and Malvern. The Primary School is accessible by public transport and offers onsite parking.
