A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from after the Easter break, with the potential to extend beyond September.

This is a full-time teaching position, taking full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class and playing a vital role in supporting pupils’ academic progress and development.

In this Key Stage 2 Teacher role, you will be responsible for full class teaching duties, including planning, marking, assessment, and attending staff meetings. You will deliver engaging and structured lessons while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

This Primary School is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive teacher with strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and excellent behaviour management skills.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Marking and assessing pupils’ work in line with school policies
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment
• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to pupils, staff, and parents
• Attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider school community

To be successful in this Key Stage 2 Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching
• A commitment to full teaching responsibilities from after Easter, with potential to continue beyond September
