Job Description

Flourish Education are seeking an adaptable PPA Teacher to work with pupils of mixed ages from Key stage 1 to Key Stage 2  at a school located in Bartley Green.

This role is to start immediately and will continue until Christmas, with the potential to extend for the full academic year, on a full-time basis.
 
You will support with teaching different year groups across the school delivering the correct curriculum, alongside managing behaviour and keeping organised.
 
The school is an inclusive and caring community that supports children’s well-being and learning through a broad curriculum, close partnerships with families, and helping pupils become confident and independent learners.
 
Responsibilities as a PPA Teacher:
  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 ( KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way.
 
Required Skills and Experience as a Teacher :
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in a Primary School setting
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide a calm environment.
