Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a Primary School in Kings Norton in January. This position is a full time, Year 4 Class Teacher role that is expected to continue until July 2026.

The school is seeking a confident Primary Teacher who can plan engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary Teacher with excellent behaviour management and a good understanding of Key Stage 2.

The required skills and experience for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher or KS2 Class Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Working as a Key Stage 2  Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £160 to £200 per day which equates to £31,200 to 39,000 per annum based on working a full school year, depending on experience.

This position is in Kings Norton, which is easily commutable from Longbridge, Rubery, Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Bartley Green, and Harborne, and has excellent transport links from most areas of Birmingham. The school offers onsite parking.
