Job Role:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school curriculum
• Assess, track and report on pupil progress
• Support pupils with different abilities through effective differentiation
• Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Prepare KS4 pupils for GCSE examinations where required
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths (ECTs welcome)
• Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a UK Secondary School
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience planning and delivering lessons independently
• A positive reference from your most recent employer

Location
This Maths Teacher position is based across North Birmingham and is easily commutable from Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Perry Barr, Great Barr, Kingstanding and surrounding North Birmingham areas. Opportunities may vary by school and are accessible by road and public transport.
