Flourish Education is recruiting a flexible Maths Teacher to work as a Supply Teacher on either a long-term or day-to-day basis across well-regarded Secondary School settings in Kingswinford and the surrounding areas, including Dudley, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Wordsley and Pensnett.

Job Role
Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Teach a broad curriculum including algebra, geometry, number, ratio, statistics and problem-solving
Follow the National Curriculum and adapt lessons to support different learning needs
Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
Assess and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff within the Secondary School
Work confidently as a Supply Teacher across a variety of Maths classes
Required Skills and Experience
Maths Teacher, Mathematics Teacher, Secondary Maths Teacher, Maths ECT, Secondary Teacher, Supply Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Excellent subject knowledge and strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Confident delivering to KS3 and KS4
Strong behaviour management skills
Passion for delivering high-quality Maths lessons that inspire pupil engagement and progress
