Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a Secondary School in Bromsgrove from September 2026 until July 2027. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive school and secure a permanent contract in July 2027.

The school is known for its positive culture, supportive staff team and commitment to both student achievement and staff development. 

We are seeking an engaging and passionate Maths Teacher who can inspire and challenge students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. 

Whether you are an experienced Maths Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience within a successful secondary school, this position offers the chance to work within a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference to students' educational journeys.

This role is due to start in September 2026 - July 2027.

Required Skills and Experience as a Maths Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching Maths within a Secondary School
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Proven ability with good behaviour management
  • Good commitment to providing a positive classroom culture

  • Pay from £168.00-£261.78 which equates to £32,916 to £51,048 based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience

This Maths Teacher opportunity is based in Bromsgrove and is easily accessible by car, bus, and train from the surrounding areas, including Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Pershore, Evesham, Worcester, Kidderminster, Redditch, and Birmingham. The school also offers onsite parking for staff.
