The position is set to begin in November, until the end of the academic year. You will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and 4, as well as planning and marking.
Job Role:
  • Full-time MLF Teacher responsible for planning, delivering, and marking engaging MFL lessons
  • Teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students in line with the National Curriculum
  • Maintaining excellent behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
  • Contributing to department planning and attending regular meetings
  • Participating in parents’ evenings and progress reviews
  • Supporting pupils of all abilities, including EAL and SEND
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience working as a Secondary Teacher or MFL Teacher
  • Proven ability to teach French and/or Spanish to KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about inspiring student achievement and enthusiasm for languages
Working as an MFL Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
