We are recruiting for a MFL Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Bromsgrove which is known for its strong commitment to enrichment, creativity, and academic excellence. Job Role:
  • Full class teaching responsibilities for French and/or Spanish including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet National Curriculum objectives
  • Support pupils’ progress across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with the Secondary School’s MFL department and wider team
  • Track and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with secondary teaching experience
  • Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a Secondary School setting
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum for MFL
  • Proven track record of delivering strong classroom management
  • Excellent subject knowledge and clear, confident communication
  • Secondary Teacher experience desirable but not essential
