Job Description

Are you a passionate Modern Foreign Language teacher that has specialities in French and German or Spanish? Looking for a better work-life balance? We are recruiting for Modern Foreign Language teachers to join our team!

As a supply teacher, you will be expected to plan lessons. Duties include:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in French , Spanish or German
  • Creative a motivating learning environment within the classroom
  • To manage behaviour in the classroom as per the school behaviour policy
  • Support and monitor student’s progression in lessons.
  • Mark students’ work in line with the school’s marking policy at the end of every day, when required.

To apply for this MFL Teacher Role, you will need:

  • QTS - Qualified Teacher status (Early Career Teachers (ECT’s) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School
  • Confidence to teach both languages – French and German
  • Excellent subject knowledge Modern Foreign Languages in Key Stages 3
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer
