This role will start in September potientially until Christmas, you will be expected to plan and mark, and teach both KS3 and KS4. 

As this is a long-term supply teacher role, you will be expected to:

  • Teach French and Spanish throughout KS3 and KS4.
  • Planning, marking, and assessment required.
  • Comply with the school behaviour policy.
  • Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans
  • Build relationships with the pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills

Required skills and experience for the French and Spanish Teacher role:

  • Specialist in Modern foreign languages
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent French and Spanish.
  • Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in MFL- Early career Teachers (ECT’s) are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
  • Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
  • Previous school experience teaching French and Spanish.
