As this is a Long-Term Music teacher role, with planning and marking included:
  • Creative a motivating learning environment within the classroom
  • To manage behaviour in the classroom as per the school behaviour policy
  • Support and monitor student’s progression in lessons
  • Mark students’ work in line with the school’s marking policy at the end of every day, when required
To apply for this Music Teacher role, you will need:
  • QTS - Qualified Teacher status in Music (ECT’s are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School
  • Excellent subject knowledge of Music in Key Stages 3 and 4 is essential
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
