Flourish Education are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioner’s to work across our partnership schools in South Birmingham on a flexible supply basis.

We are seeking Nursery TA’s who can join our team to provide day to day cover to a range of Nursery and Primary Schools.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Nursery aged children
  • Assisting with personal care and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Working alongside the Class Teacher and TA to deliver engaging activities
  • Observing and assessing children's progress in line with EYFS standards
  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed

Required Skills and Experience needed as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Framework
  • Experience working in Nursery or Primary school settings

Working as a Nursery Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

  • £88.92 - £95.00 per day, equating to £17,339.40 - £18,525.00 per annum based on full-time work
