Working hours:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with the Early Years team to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. The school is known for its friendly staff team, positive relationships with families, and strong commitment to early years education.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children within the pre-school setting in line with the EYFS framework.

Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Promoting children’s social, emotional, and communication development.

Supporting personal care routines where required.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Observing, recording, and contributing to assessments of children’s progress.

Working collaboratively with teaching staff and Early Years practitioners.

Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
To be successful in this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role, you will need:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or Early Years setting.

A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.

A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
