Flourish Education are recruiting for a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join a Nursery School in Northfield from September 2025. The school require a TA to support in their 3–4-year-old provision for the full academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children in their early development while contributing towards a stimulating, supportive learning environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Nursery aged children (3 - 4 Year Olds)
- Assisting with personal care
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Deliver engaging activities
- Observing and assessing children's progress in line with EYFS standards
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed
Required Skills and Experience as Nursery Practitioner:
- Experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years TA, SEND TA or EYFS TA
- A relevant Level 3 Qualification
- Knowledge of EYFS Framework
- Experience working in Nursery or Primary school setting
