Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for two Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistants to work at a Nursery School in the Weoley Castle area. These are full-time roles starting ASAP and continuing until the end of the academic year.
 
One role will be supporting children aged 3–4 years, and the second role will be supporting children aged 2 years.
 
The school is looking for experienced and nurturing Nursery Teaching Assistants who can support children within the Early Years setting and help create a safe, engaging and caring learning environment.
 
Responsibilities as a Nursery Teaching Assistant:
 
· Supporting children within the nursery setting
· Assisting with play-based learning and daily routines
· Supporting children’s communication, social and emotional development
· Providing personal care where required
· Creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
· Following the school’s policies and procedures
 
Required Skills and Experience:
 
· Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
· Experience working with nursery-aged children
· Understanding of the EYFS framework
· Calm, caring and proactive approach
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
