Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Nurse seeking your next opportunity? Flourish Education is working with a welcoming and supportive nursery school in the Wolverhampton area, offering a fantastic long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This full-time role (Monday to Friday) is available to start in September until Easter 2026, working in a vibrant, child-centred environment that promotes outdoor play and hands-on learning. The school is led by an experienced Early Years team and is known for its warm, inclusive atmosphere. Staff frequently praise the supportive environment and positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nurturing support and care for early years pupils
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support children’s development
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Proven experience supporting children in UK primary or nursery settings
  • A strong understanding of child development and EYFS framework

Location: This role is based in Wolverhampton with excellent transport links to nearby areas such as Walsall, Bilston, Willenhall, Bloxwich, and Great Barr. Onsite parking is available for those who drive.
