Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Teacher looking for a new role?
Flourish Education are recruiting for a Nursery Teacher to work in the Nursery of a two-form entry Primary School on a full-time and permanane basis. This is a full-time position with full class responsibilities. Your working days will be Monday – Friday 08:15- 16:30pm. You will also have time out of class each week to conduct your PPA.
The school is a GOOD Ofsted rated school, are vibrant and actively encourage working together. SLT’s door is always open should you need any additional support at this school and the EYFS department is strong.
You will be expected to take responsibility for the teaching and learning of their nursery class, plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, assess and monitor pupil progress and participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related activities as required.
This role is due to start in September 2024, with a transition day at the start of July. Both experienced Teachers and ECTs are warmly welcomed to apply and ECT years will be supported.
To apply for this Nursery Teacher role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Early Years.
- Have completed your ECT Induction
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies for young learners.
- Ability to create a stimulating and safe learning environment conducive to children's growth and development.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

- Competitive salary of between £153.85- £211.96 per day which equates to £41,332.20 per annum based on working 5 days per week, for the full academic year and depending on experience
